Selecting Your Kitten

• Carefully choose a Maine Coon kitten that best suits you or your family.
• Research the general personality of the breed and note that each kitten has its own unique personality.

Placing Your Order

1. Order Placement and Deposit:

   • Once the purchase or deposit has been verified by our sales team, the kitten will be reserved under your name.
   • A deposit agreement will be emailed to you. This agreement must be signed within 24 hours.

2. Remaining Balance:

   • If a deposit is made, the remaining balance is due within seven (7) calendar days.
   • Failure to pay the remaining balance within this period will make the kitten available to other customers, and the deposit will be fully refunded.

Cat Shipping Process

1. Booking Confirmation:

   • After full payment, our booking department will contact you a day before the expected delivery date.
   • If you do not hear from us three days prior to the departure date, email our booking team at celine@bigdomesticcats.com

2. Health Guarantee and Care Guide:

   • A health guarantee and care guide will be sent to your email before the kitten’s arrival.
   • This must be signed or forfeited before delivery can occur.

Cancellation Policy

• A $50/day hotel fee will apply from the day of deposit if cancellation occurs.
• If a flight has been booked, the booking fee will not be reimbursed.

Billing and Shipping Information

• Provide accurate billing and shipping information, including country codes if ordering from outside the UK.
• The person paying for the order is considered the rightful owner, not the receiver.
• Do not use a PO BOX address; a physical address is required for flight booking.

Cat Shipping Options

1. Air Cargo:

   • The most popular and safe shipping method is via Air Cabin. We will provide all the necessary details for that.
   • You will need to pick up your kitten, food, or accessories from the nearest terminal.
   • Delivery to certain airports may not be possible due to airline policies or flight changes.

2. Personal Delivery:

   • Availability and cost vary based on season and destination.
   • Contact your sales associate to check for availability.

Delivery Timeline

• Delivery typically takes 2-4 days after the purchasing process is completed.
• Kittens must pass final vet checkups and receive travel documentation.
• Our delivery arrangement team will contact you before travel to confirm details.
• If you haven’t been contacted a week prior to the scheduled date, email us at celine@bigdomesticcats.com

Additional Considerations

• Check with local customs and airlines for any import fees, documentation fees, or taxes.
• Shipping fees paid to us cover flight and necessary delivery arrangements but do not include local fees or taxes.
